Every DigiSeo citation pack is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery of your report — no conditions, no justification required.

How to Request a Refund

• Email contact@digiseo.cloud from the address used to place your order.
• Include your order reference (found in your delivery report email or your account dashboard).
• Optionally, tell us what went wrong — it helps us improve, but it is not required.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Eligibility

• Requests made within 30 days of report delivery are eligible for a full refund.
• Because citations are a digital service delivered as completed work, requests made after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated order-and-refund cycles).
